I’m interested in philanthropy and would like to start my own named account. Can I tell the TCF Board where I want the money to be spent?
The Grants Committee does its best to match donor interests to grant applicants but sometimes this is not possible, nor advisable. By law, donors can only request, recommend or advise that income be spent in a particular area. All grant-making decisions rest with the Grants Committee and ultimately the TCF Board.
