Gillian has many years experience in the profession of Occupational Therapy and is also a Clinical Tutor, Faculty of Health Services, Latrobe University Victoria. Gillian's work includes consulting to the Cardiac Rehabilitation team at Calvary Hospital Hobart as well as being a Vocational Rehabilitation Service Provider to a range of of Commonwealth ad State Government Departments and Agencies, and Tasmanian private companies and businesses. Her professional associations include Fellow (and former President) Tasmanian Association Vocational Rehabilitation Providers; Member Australian Association of Occupational Therapists Tas Inc., and Member Word Federation Occupational Therapists.Gillian is involved in a number of community associations including president Hobart Cancerians; Board Member Virtuoso Tasmania; past Chair National Rose Garden of Australia Inc., Executive Committee Member Women's Chief of Enterprises International and past president Lyric Singers. Gillian was an Inaugural Member of Lifeline (Burnie) and has served as a member for the Office of Film and Literature Review Board. She has been a long standing Director of the TCF.
